BB Squat Heel Elevated Tempo
Elevate heels on small plates, big breath in, brace core, pull bar down on shoulders, feet position either shoulder width or slightly wider, while hips move back slightly push knees forward tracking over toes with 3 count down
DB Pause Squats Heel Elevated
Elevate heels on small plates, breathe in, brace core, knees over toes on descent, head up, slight pause at bottom
Hamstring Curls (Flexion)
Drive hips into pad, ensure full range of motion, keep feet neutral with toes pointing straight down
Lat Pull Down
Begin with arms fully extended, pull shoulder blades down and pull bar towards chest
DB Shoulder Press Kneeling
Elbow at a 45 degree angle to body, core on, press dumbbell straight up to lock out
BB Hip Thrust Pause
Feet just outside shoulder width, brace core, eyes looking forward, chin slightly down, drive hips up to lock out at top, squeeze glutes with slight pause, then lower to ground. Hips in line with shoulders at top.
Lateral Raises
Extend arms out to the side, at a slight angle in front of you and raise elbows to shoulder height with core on
Ab Raises

Instructions
DB Goblet Squat Heel Elevated
Elevate heels on small plates, hold one end of the dumbbell (top) with both hands, head up, core braced as you squat
B Stance DB RDL
Stand with one foot slightly behind the other and out to the side, keep weight on front foot, hips back and lower DB to upper shin
DB Bent Over Row
Hold dumbbells, bend over at 45 degree angle, core on, pull dumbbells up towards side of your chest, squeeze your upper back at top
Glute Bridge Kettle Bell
A ripped elegance woman has a powerful pelvis. We have great glutes. We get great glutes with our squat and deadlift, but there are some other exercises that we can use for fun, and that are great to use in addition to the squat and deadlift. The glue bridge is one of those.
